- Where are you situated? WESTERN CAPE - Our showroom is situated in Atlas Gardens Business Park, Contermanskloof, a mere 18 km's from CT CBD and a stone's throw away from the magnificent Wine Estates in the Durbanville Wine Valley. GAUTENG - We have a showroom in Edenvale, JHB and a collection point in Silvertondale, Pretoria. .
- What are your operating hours? Cape Town - We are open Mondays to Fridays 9am to 4pm. Edenvale is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9am to 4pm and Saturdays 9am to 12. Our Pretoria Collection point is open weekdays 9am to 3pm.
- What are the manufacturing lead times on orders? 3 to 7 Business Days from order, unless the items are in stock, in which case it is shipped the next day.
- Do you custom make items? Yes. We absolutely love what we do and if there's something you need, that's not currently offered, please contact us so we can provide you with a custom quotation.
- Can I view the items prior to placing my order? Yes, if you reside in the Cape Town or Edenvale areas, you can view the items at either of our showrooms.
- How do I know if the size will be right for me? Typically, size small would be suitable for toddlers, medium for children and teens, large for adults and XL for Free State Rugby Players, WWE Wrestlers and those looking for extra comfort and space.
- Do you offer Free Delivery? On certain of our items yes. Rates will be calculated at checkout and Free Delivery items will be shown as such. Enquire with us if you're unsure.
- Can I wash my beanbag? MOST of our beanbags are manufactured with machine washable fabrics. Simply unzip the outer cover for easy cleaning and washing. Enquire with us, if you're unsure.
